Most of our bracelets are hand-knotted or hand-woven, one by one.
- For cord and string bracelets, color difference is minimal
- Small irregularities may exist — this is the nature of handmade work, not a defect
- Each piece is carefully checked before shipping
✨ Handmade means human — and that’s part of the beauty.
To ensure a comfortable, flexible fit, we intentionally leave a small amount of extra thread on adjustable designs.
If any thread is visible, you may simply trim it with scissors after adjusting — this will not affect durability or wear.

We intentionally keep our jade and gemstones natural and untreated, so their original energy remains intact.
Because of this:
- Each stone has unique color, texture, and patterns
- Carving details may vary slightly from piece to piece
- Some products are made from single natural rough stones, so no two are identical

We understand cinnabar is a material many customers ask about.
Is cinnabar toxic?
- Our cinnabar jewelry is sealed, stabilized, and intended for external wear only
- It is safe when worn as jewelry and not ingested
- Please avoid wearing while sleeping, bathing。
About cinnabar color:
- We use high-content cinnabar, known for its rich red tone and shimmering crystal texture
- Some customers may find it darker than common market cinnabar — this indicates higher mineral content
- We offer deep red and bright red options — please check product images carefully before ordering

When crystals and gemstones are natural, which means:
- Each bead is unique
- May with natural dark spots, cracks, or sand pit

- P.O. Box, remote, island, or international addresses may take longer

To keep your bracelet in its best condition, we don’t recommend wearing it in the shower, bath, or while swimming.
Hot water, soaps, and chemicals may weaken elastic cords over time.
If you prefer something more water-friendly, consider our titanium or handmade thread bracelets — they’re durable, hypoallergenic, and designed for daily wear.
