🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Most orders begin moving within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days, or you haven’t received your order within 30 days, please contact us — we will investigate and make sure you’re taken care of.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • US / UK / Asia: typically 7–15 business days
  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

Please note that customs, local postal delays, or holidays may occasionally extend delivery time.

Q: Tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package

In rare cases, postal services may mark an item as delivered before the final drop-off.
Please allow 1–3 additional days, and check with household members or your local post office.

If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

📦 Orders & Changes

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
If already shipped, you may return the item after delivery for a full refund (see Returns section).

Q: My order arrived damaged or missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

Q: Does my order include a gift box?

To keep our jewelry high quality at the best possible price, most items are shipped without a gift box by default. Add to cart if you need. 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Q: The item isn’t what I expected — can I return it?

Yes. If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within the return window.

Please note: we use natural gemstones and handmade elements, so slight variations in color, texture, or carving are normal and part of each piece’s uniqueness.

💎 Product & Authenticity

Q: Are your gemstones and jade real?

Yes. We use authentic natural gemstones, including jade, obsidian, tiger’s eye, crystals, and silver.

Natural materials may show:

  • Color variations
  • Natural inclusions
  • Slight differences between pieces

These are signs of authenticity, not defects.

Q: Why doesn’t my item look exactly like the photo?

Each piece is made from natural or hand-crafted materials, so no two items are exactly the same.

Product photos are taken to show overall style and quality, but variations are normal and expected.

Q: What is the bracelet size? Can I request a different size or bead size?

Most of our elastic cord bracelets are made in a standard size, comfortably fitting wrists around 15–18 cm.

Q: How do I wear a Pixiu bracelet? Left or right hand?

Traditionally:

  • Left hand: attracts wealth and positive energy
  • Right hand: releases energy

Most people wear Pixiu bracelets on the left wrist for wealth and protection.

Q: Can anyone wear Feng Shui jewelry?

Yes. Feng Shui jewelry is about intention and personal comfort, not rigid rules.

Choose pieces that resonate with you — calm, protection, confidence, or balance.

Q: Is your store legitimate?

Yes. We are a real business with order records, tracking history, and customer support.

Very rarely, parcels may be delayed or lost during transit — if that happens, we will not disappear.
