I had bought the onyx and lava rock bracelet because I thought it looked cool and liked what it stood for. The first one I bought snapped on me and I was upset about it. I sent an email and was actually not the nicest person complaining about how I was upset because the bracelet had broke. My emails were answered back in a timely fashion and they sent me another onyx bracelet and with it another bracelet. So I very appreciative. I am happy with customer service and the product. Also he showed me generosity, respect (even when I wasn’t the most respectful), and gave me another bracelet. So I want to say thank you very much, I apologize for being rude, and I’ll pay it forward to another 🙏

I have this and I love it but as another customer said the band wears out and breaks and that’s what happened to mine, I don’t get to wear it I just try to keep it with me
