  • Standard delivery: 10–15 days (average)
  • Possible delays: Up to 20–30 days during holidays, customs checks, or for remote areas and islands

Please note: International shipments may experience brief tracking pauses while moving between countries or carriers. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

❗ Common Tracking Questions

My tracking hasn’t updated yet — should I worry?

No. Tracking updates can pause temporarily, especially during international transit. If there is no update after 10 days, please contact us and we’ll investigate for you.

Tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package

In rare cases, carriers may mark a parcel as delivered before it physically arrives.

Please:

  • Wait an additional 1–3 business days
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Contact us if it still hasn’t arrived

We will help you follow up and resolve the situation.

I still haven’t received my order after 30 days

While this is very uncommon, international shipping delays can happen. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us — we will ensure a proper resolution.
