I had bought the onyx and lava rock bracelet because I thought it looked cool and liked what it stood for. The first one I bought snapped on me and I was upset about it. I sent an email and was actually not the nicest person complaining about how I was upset because the bracelet had broke. My emails were answered back in a timely fashion and they sent me another onyx bracelet and with it another bracelet. So I very appreciative. I am happy with customer service and the product. Also he showed me generosity, respect (even when I wasn’t the most respectful), and gave me another bracelet. So I want to say thank you very much, I apologize for being rude, and I’ll pay it forward to another 🙏

I ordered a Natural Lava Stone & Black Onyx Bracelet about 1 month ago. Had an issue with it, so I emailed customer service. They got back to me very promptly, and they didn't hesitate to correct the problem. Their customer service is fantastic. Absolutely nothing bad to say about them. Now for the bracelet. I love the look of it, and it feels great. Not impressed at all with the presentation when you open the bubble envelope it was mailed in. They were just in 2 small clear plastic wrappers. For what they cost a little better though could have went in to something to store the bracelet when not wearing it. Like a little silk draw string pouch or something nice. There was no little instruction card or what the stones are or what the bracelet does. The presentation was very disappointing. I really hope they improve that part.
But to end on a positive note bracelet looks great. I still really like it.

I was very disappointed in the product. Stones are very small especially for the price.
Delivery process didn't make sense. Packaging of the product was sad. I've ordered similar items other companies, and their bracelets came stylish boxes not plastic bags. I'll NOT order again from this company.
Mine broke after about three weeks. They haven’t returned my email. This is where it is right now.
I really loved it until this happened. Not sure what’s going on but at this point it’s not looking good.
